The gardening society in Abbots Langley will be hosting their 66th annual autumn show next weekend.
Alongside a plant sale, there will be the usual competition to judge exhibitor’s finest fruit, vegetables, flowers and cooking.
New for 2015 there will be a potato competition which is £2 to enter. The potato must have been grown in a bucket and will be judged on the heaviest weight.
There will also be competition classes for photography and children.
The show is taking place on Saturday, September 12 from 2.30pm to 5pm at Abbots Langley Community Centre.
Admission is £1 but free for members of the society and children.
