CCTV released by Hertfordshire Constabulary
As much as £70 worth of chocolate bars were stolen from a shop in Rickmansworth.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said £70 worth of chocolate bars were stolen from WHSmith in High Street on Wednesday, September 16.
The chocolate bars were stolen at around 3.45pm, police believe.
Officers would like to speak with the man pictured as he may be able to assist with their inquiries.
