An application to demolish a house and build nine flats has been submitted.
Sliabh Construction Ltd has submitted the application to Watford Borough Council to demolish the detached house at 114 Hempstead Road.
If approved, two blocks of flats will be built, the first with three, three bedroom flats and the second with six, two bedroom flats.
The application is being considered by the council.
