Soil from a Bushey park will form part of an exhibition at Tate Modern later this month.

King George Recreation Ground have contributed soil to the museum’s new Turbine Hall artwork, Empty Lot by Mexican artist Abraham Cruzvillegas, which will be unveiled next week.

The artwork is part of Hyundai Commission, a new series of site-specific installations at Tate Modern by contemporary artists.

The exhibition will be open from October 13 until April 3 next year.
