A charity has launched a Christmas campaign to raise funds to help disabled children and young people.
Action for Children, based in Watford Business Park, has teamed up with HomeSense, in Century Park, to raise money over the festive period to help young disabled people and their families go on holiday.
Customers at the HomeSense store will be able to buy a Christmas bauble for £1, on which they can write a festive message or their happiest childhood Christmas memory before hanging it on a special HomeSense Christmas tree in the store.
All proceeds from the bauble donations will go to the charity’s West Hyde service in Rickmansworth.
Jo Hill, from Action for Children, said: "We’re thrilled to be involved with the HomeSense ‘hang a bauble’ initiative again this year.
"We will use the generous donations from HomeSense to take our children on holiday as well as purchase new TVs, sofas, toys and sensory equipment for our centre."
