Councillors unanimously approved plans to create a wildlife area next to Watford General Hospital’s new access road.
Watford Heath Campus LLP applied to Watford Borough Council to change plans already approved for the business area south site.
The proposals are to change three large buildings with 12 industrial units into four smaller buildings with 12 industrial units.
The plans also include a new link road to the new access road to the health campus, which is currently under construction and will lead to the Health Campus, as well as a new wildlife area on the site adjacent to the River Colne.
