Meat and salad was stolen from a supermarket in Chorleywood.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said the food was stolen from Budgens, Lower Road, on Friday, November 27.
On Tuesday, November 3, meat and a bouquet of flowers were taken from the same shop.
Police would like to speak with the person pictured as he may have information which could assist with their investigations.
Anyone who recognises him, or has information about the thefts, is asked to contact the Rickmansworth and District Safer Neighbourhood Team on the non-emergency number 101.
