The hole has appeared in Vicarage Road
A road in Watford has closed after a hole opened up in the carriageway.
Hertfordshire County Council's contractor Ringway has closed Vicarage Road between the ring road and Wiggenhall Road after the hole was discovered this morning.
The hole is in the centre of the carriageway.
