Thursday, April 14

Keegan Lewis Manley, 18, of Oxhey Drive, Watford. On March 23, 2016, damaged a glass garden table and a wooden garden gate. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs: £65.

Paul Mortham, 56, of Ridge Lane, Watford. On August 11, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £382. Three penalty points.

Friday, April 15

Adam David Fredrick Hurn, 25, of Church Street, Rickmansworth. On January 23, 2016, had in his possession one wrap of cocaine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £100.

Saturday, April 16

Gary John Hodgson, 60, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On April 15, 2016, drank alcohol in a public place which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order. Fine, costs: £155.

Monday, April 18

Joanna Rondon, 43, of Albert Road South, Watford. On February 11, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Fine, costs: £450.

Cliff Stratford Andrews, 48, of St Albans Road, Watford. On March 5, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of alcohol in breath was 167 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 24 months. Have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 40 months. Costs: £165.

Emma Pearson-Brown, 30, of Tibbles Close, Watford. Between February 5, 2016, and March 5, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. On March 22, 2016, failed to comply with a red light traffic signal. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £280. Three penalty points.

Tuesday, April 19

William Martin Reid, 43, of Croxley View, Watford. On April 18, 2016, stole two bottles of alcohol belonging to Morrisons. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 28 days. Costs: £115.

Aidan Peter Stringer, 18, of Alderbury Close, Watford. On September 17, 2015, stole clothing belonging to TK Maxx. Compensation, costs: £200.

Leah Cummins, 47, of Ashdon Road, Bushey. On December 1, 2015, she was the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and whilst so out of control injured a person. Unless the dog is kept under proper control it must be destroyed. Fine, compensation, costs: £2,715.

Jason Stewart, 46, of The Thrums, Watford. On December 1, 2015, she was the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and whilst so out of control injured a person. Unless the dog is kept under proper control it must be destroyed. Fine, compensation, costs: £3,128.

Timothy James Michael Delaney, 37, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On February 25, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Three counts. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £245.

Wednesday, April 20

Shane Kennealy, 46, of Lake View, Kings Langley. On January 19, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £235. Three penalty points.

Jenna Leigh Harris, 45, of Lincoln Drive, South Oxhey. On September 11, 2015, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend probation appointment. On March 22, 2016, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend alcohol treatment session. Order to continue. Fine: £40.

Friday, April 22

Justice Boahen, 42, of Exchange Road, Watford. On March 21, 2016, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £40.

Jennifer Stephanie Hillas, 30, of Sydney Road, Watford. On April 5, 2016, used a vehicle when the proportion of alcohol in breath was 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle which had no valid test certificate. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Fine, costs: £489.

Matthew King, 44, of Brightwell Road, Watford. On April 7, 2016, stole perfume gift sets belonging to Superdrug. Fine, compensation, costs: £221.

Natasha Louise Wright, 20, of Exchange Road, Watford. On February 10, 2016, assaulted a person by beating her. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £515.

Monday, April 25

Bobby O’Brien, 24, of Hill Farm Avenue, Watford. On March 11, 2016, had in his possession a small amount of amphetamine. On March 29, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court. Fine, costs: £315.
