A prisoner who escaped from The Mount in Bovingdon has been arrested.
The 36-year-old went missing at 9.30am yesterday but was arrested and detained by officers in Bovingdon at 10.41am.
There was after a manhunt involving the police helicopter, which circled the area to locate the escaped convict.
