Police have warned a major road between Watford and Harrow will be closed for at least an hour after a three vehicle car crash.
Firefighters have been called to free an elderly lady who is trapped in her vehicle in Oxhey Lane.
Officers are “concerned about her injuries”, according to police spokeswoman Vicky West.
The three cars involved are a silver Vauxhall Astra, red Nissan Juke and a black Mercedes.
Crews from Watford and Borehamwood fire stations have been called to the scene.
