A woman in her 50s was rescued from her bedroom after falling.
Emergency services were called to Horseshoe Lane in Garston at around 7.25am today after the woman called reporting a leg injury.
Fire crews used a cherry picker to get the woman out of the house and she was taken to Watford General Hospital for treatment.
An air ambulance was also called but was not used.
