Firemen were called to lift an overweight man from the floor.
Paramedics were helping the man after he became unwell and fell over in his garden, in Grove Crescent, Croxley Green.
However, because he was so heavy the fire service was called to pick him up, at around 2pm today.
The man did not go to hospital.
