A three-year-old boy was hit by a car in Watford.
A woman was crossing the road with her son on Friday when the boy was hit by a small silver/grey car.
He was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the car left the scene without stopping.
The incident occurred in Cross Street at around 5.45pm.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the BCH Road Policing Unit via the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number 101, quoting ISR 700 of August 19.
