A man from Bushey will go on trial accused of smuggling six million cigarettes into the UK.
Bernard Levy, of Willoughby, is charged with being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of customs duty between 1 and 31 July 2014.
The 51-year-old will also stand trial with brothers Colin Yeoman, 53, of Ayres Drive, and Brian Yeoman, 50, of Hanbury, Orton Goldhay.
The trial was due to start at Chelmsford Crown Court today but has been re-scheduled for March 6.
All three men are on bail.
