Friday, August 26

Karen Mupondori, 32, of Chiltern Avenue, Bushey. On August 9, 2016, took a vehicle without the consent of the owner. On same date, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 48 months. Fine, costs: £170.

Curtis Robert Aaron Williams, 21, of Fourth Avenue, Watford. On August 9, 2016, damaged a car window. On same date, had in his possession a wrap of cannabis. Fine, compensation, costs: £815.

Billy Anthony Smith, 31, of King Georges Avenue, Watford. On April 6, 2016, stole a motorbike. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £635.

Daniel Morris Sherman Rolnick, 49, of Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt, Rickmansworth. Between February 11, 2016, and March 17, 2016, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person. Community order made. Be under curfew for nine weeks. Restraining order made. Costs: £460.

On June 20, 2016, damaged two panes of glass within a door belonging to Watford Town Hall. On July 13, 2016, stole eight cans of Special Brew belonging to Tesco. On July 15, 2016, damaged windscreen and wiper blade belonging to London Ambulance Service. On July 31, 2016, damaged a toilet roll holder belonging to McDonalds. On June 21, 2016, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Two counts. On May 17, 2016, stole food belonging to Sainsbury. On same date, assaulted a person by beating him. On July 27, 2016, failed to surrender to custody. On August 7, 2016, damaged windows belonging to Hertfordshire County Council. On August 17, 2016, damaged a police vehicle. Committed to prison.
