Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of affray followed alleged criminal activity in parks.
After warrants were issued, a 15-year-old boy was arrested at his home in Garston, on suspicion of affray, and another 15-year-old boy was arrested in Garston Park on suspicion of affray, a public order offence and assaulting police.
Two mopeds were also seized as part of the operation on September 13.
Both boys have been released on bail.
Neighbourhood Sergeant Steve Alison said: “We take community safety very seriously and will always take action where possible to ensure that Watford remains a safe place for people to live and work.
“We have increased patrols in areas where people have raised concerns and will continue to work with our partners and the community to tackle any further issues.
“Safer Neighbourhood Team officers have also been conducting daily patrols under Operation Catapan to target anti-social behaviour, including riding mopeds in parks, and drug misuse.”
