The Facebook page suggests clowns will be present outside Watford schools later this month
A sinister social media group is threatening to terrify Watford children by dressing up as creepy clowns outside school gates.
It comes amid reports schools were placed on “lockdown” to keep pupils safe from the fancy dress pranksters.
The ‘clowns’ have published internet lists of the schools they plans to target across the town.
A Facebook page called Bob Johnson (Watford Clowns) warns there will be clowns outside Queens school and Westfield at various times on October 21 (below).
It comes amid reports of clown sightings across Hertfordshire – following a terrifying trend that began in the USA before moving across the Atlantic.
