Thursday, September 29

Myriah Djereba Traore, 40, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On September 28, 2016, stole a bottle of whiskey belonging to Sainsburys. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Compensation: £11.50.

Justin Alan Baldwin, 43, of Water Lane, Watford. On August 15, 2016, committed fraud by false representation. Fine, costs: £635.

Michael Shears, 49, of HMP The Mount, Bovingdon. On June 19, 2016, stole a pair of sunglasses belonging to David Clulow Opticians Ltd. Committed to prison for four weeks. Compensation, costs: £228.

Julian Alfred Kumah, 45, of Charlock Way, Watford. On March 25, 2016, used a vehicle when the manner in which passengers were carried on it was such that its use involved a danger of injury to any person. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Michael Daniels, 83, of Sparrows Herne, Bushey. On January 14, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £341. Three penalty points.

Valentin Georgiev, 38, of Vicarage Road, Watford. On March 2, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £811.

Dylan Frederick Woutersz, 38, of Fuller Road, Watford. On September 3, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £811. Eight penalty points.

Friday, September 30

Jon Christopher Owen, 19, of Stipling Way, Watford. On September 29, 2016, had in his possession a small amount of cannabis. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Fine, costs: £170.

Sadie Attwood, 48, of High Street, Bedmond, Abbots Langley. On July 2, 2016, she was the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control and whilst so out of control injured a person. Unless the dog is kept on a lead and muzzled in public it must be destroyed. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,470.

Darren Halward, 33, of Munden View, Watford. On July 9, 2016, stole two bottles of wine belonging to Waitrose. Fine, compensation, costs: £180.08.

Oliver Mattis, 24, of Courtlands Close, Watford. On September 15, 2016, entered a dwelling as a trespasser with intent to steal therein. Community order made. Compensation, costs: £670.

Colin Leslie Morris, 39, of Gosforth Lane, Watford. On July 21, 2016, stole various meat products belonging to The Co-Operative Stores Ltd. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Community order made. Be under curfew for 16 weeks. Compensation, costs: £201.35.

Bryan Parkinson, 38, of Gammons Lane, Watford. On February 15, 2016, was in charge of a vehicle whilst unfit to drive through drugs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £375.

Sam David Wicks, 27, of Exchange Road, Watford. On September 13, 2016, stole a box of perfume belonging to Boots. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Fine, costs: £195.

Damian Kowalczuk, 24, of Raven Close, Watford. On March 27, 2016, used a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, costs: £1,006.25.

Nagarajah Vigenswaran, 47, of Ashtree Drive, Watford. On March 11, 2016, used a vehicle which was unlicensed. On March 18, 2016, kept a vehicle which was unlicensed on a public road. Fine, costs: £633.09.

Yonis Ainan, 20, of Euston Avenue, Watford. On April 5, 2016, failed to hand over his train ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £376.90.

Lewis Croucher, 21, of Bridger Close, Garston. On July 22, 2016, travelled on a railway without having paid the fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £618.90.

Anthony Demascio, 28, of Malden Road, Watford. On May 7, 2016, entered a train without a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £383.10.

Darryl Marriott, 21, of Charter Place, Watford. On July 8, 2016, travelled on a railway without having paid the fare. Fine, compensation, costs: £617.10.

Tuesday, October 4

Toby Daks Westlake, 38, of Longcroft Road, Rickmansworth. On September 30, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 23 months. Fine, costs: £1,111.

Luke Paul Cichon, 23, of Goral Mead, Rickmansworth. On July 19, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Fine, costs: £726.

Sam Anthony Cross, 23, of Goral Mead, Rickmansworth. On July 19, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Fine, costs: £873.

Ruth Ahronee, 51, of Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath. On May 12, 2016, failed to provide a specimen of breath in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £610.
