Two men have been arrested after threatening a woman with a knife.
Police were called to Bushey Mill Crescent, Watford, at 5.14pm on Friday following reports a woman had been threatened.
Edward Beford, 29, of Bushey Mill Crescent, was arrested and charged with the possession of a weapon in a public place and fear or provocation of violence.
He has been bailed to appear at West Herts Magistrates Court on November 8.
A 24-year-old man also from Bushey Mill Crescent was cautioned for affray.
