Friday, November 4

Jacqueline Murphy, 52, of Oakfield, Mill End, Rickmansworth. On August 9, 2016, stole two plant pots, three rope plant footers and 11 LED lights belonging to a person. On same date, stole plant pots belonging to a person. Four counts. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Fine, costs: £195.

Brandon Kathirgamanathan, 19, of Leggatts Wood Avenue, Watford. On March 6, 2016, used a vehicle when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre were not of sufficient depth. Fine, costs: £185. Three penalty points.

Monday, November 7 Abid Hussain, 31, of Brightwell Road, Watford. Between September 10, 2016, and September 11, 2016, stole a set of car keys. On same date, stole a car. On September 11, 2016, stole cash. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence nine weeks. Compensation: £400.

Joanne Jobling, 41, of Gladstone Road, Watford. On June 29, 2016, damaged a wing mirror and indicator light. On May 2, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause alarm or distress. On same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. Between May 19, 2016, and May 23, 2016, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 12 weeks. Restraining order made. Tuesday, November 8

Justin Alexander Cole, 28, of Queens Road, Watford. On March 26, 216, assaulted a woman by touching her and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. Compensation, costs: £1,115.

Tarkan Joshua Agca, 21, of Crusader Way, Watford. On October 19, 2016, had in his possession one bag of cannabis. Fine, costs: £60.

Timothy Hutton, 18, of The Rutts, Bushey Heath. On September 5, 2016, had in his possession a bag of cannabis. Fine, costs: £165.

Kevin Lyndon Gerrelli, 55, of Matlock Crescent, Watford. On November 5, 2016, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Disqualified from driving for 21 months. Fine, costs: £513.
