A child and two adults have been taken to hospital following a car crash.
Fire, ambulance and police were called to Hampermill Lane, in Watford, at around 3.07pm this afternoon to reports of two cars crashing with each other in the road.
One person was trapped in their car by their injuries. A child had to receive medical treatment by paramedics on the scene.
The crash involved a Toyota Auris and a Lexus.
All patients were taken to Watford General Hospital. The two adults are believed to have suffered only minor injuries.
The child is believed to have a broken femur but all are in a stable condition.
The road remains closed between Raglan Gardens and Hillcroft Crescent at this time. Motorists are being diverted through Oaklands Avenue.
