Naeem Mohammed, 40, of Rickmansworth Road, Rickmansworth. On January 10, 2016, had in his possession one wrap of cocaine. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Fine, costs: £180.

Arfan Ahmed, 29, of Toms Lane, Kings Langley. On February 21, 2016, permitted a person to use a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £541. Six penalty points.

Olakunle Adenrele Adejare, 51, of Haywood Crescent, Watford. On April 10, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On June 13, 2016, failed to surrender to custody. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fine, costs: £1,710.
