We live in Cheshire and have travelled to Watford FC at least six times this year as well as watching two games in the Northwest and all the games on TV.

One of us has followed Watford FC since 1945 and the other since 1960 we find that this season there is something missing in the enthusiasm of several players and this must come from the coaching system or the selection of players asked to sign for the club.

For example at a game at Watford we saw Okaka come on and play his heart out for the club.

The next thing we read is that the coaching advice is that he must curb his enthusiasm and save himself. If our memory swerves us well he has not had a full game since that event.

Is it possible that such a message either inspires the players and the supporters?

From supporters that will always have Watford FC in their heart we praise everything the Pozzo family have done for the club. But they must complete their creditable effort by ensuring that the players are encouraged to show the spirit and enthusiasm that the supporters expect, once a week, no more and no less.
