Missing Neil Hemming
A homeless man with links to Watford is missing.
Neil Hemming, 54, was last seen on March 13 in West Suffolk.
He is described as white, of thin build and with collar length mousey brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark coloured cardigan and jeans.
Neil is also known as John Wright and he smokes.
He has links to Watford, London and Essex.
Anyone who sees Neil or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police on the non-emergency number 101 straight away.
