A life-size replica of a baby box made out of cake was donated to a pregnancy support charity by a Watford furniture store.
Oak Furniture Land, which recently reopened in the Colne Valley Retail Park, commissioned the confectionary creation to support the valuable work carried out by Alternatives Watford – a charity supports anyone facing pregnancy-related challenges.
The amazing vanilla-flavoured sculpture, which took a week to create and contains 108 eggs, was made by award-winning cake artist Hannah Williams-Singh of Cake Illusionist and Cakebomb.
Hannah is known for infusing real art into her cake creations and is based in Hemel Hempstead.
The baby box contains 19 edible baby accessories, including a teddy bear, pregnancy book and a packet of nappies.
