Watford have been the biggest overachievers in the Premier League, according to a betting company.
Betway devised a method based on Premier League odds to establish which teams have most surpassed expectations this season, and which have been the biggest disappointments.
And nine of the Hornets 11 league victories this season have come with odds-against, meaning betting £10 on Watford to win every league game would have seen you win more money than by backing any other team in the top-flight.
Chelsea came in second with £89, while West Brom and Burnley finish the top four with £48 and £39 respectively.
The biggest victory was the unexpected 2-1 success at Arsenal in January, which, according to Betway's odds, was the most unlikely result in the Premier League this season, at just over 12-1.
Betting on the Hornets to draw or lose games is not a good idea, however.
So far this season you would have lost £86 if you backed Watford to draw every week, and £47 if you had money on them losing.
However, betting on Watford to win is not the best way to make money.
