Two people were arrested in Radlett following a police chase.
Police chased the black Audi TT following in Watling Street on Saturday (April 29).
Class A drugs, believed to be cocaine, worth £12,000, were seized along with £2,500 in cash.
Garry Ross, aged 47, of Black Boy Wood in Park Street was arrested and charged with possession of class A drugs with intent to supply and possession of an offensive weapon (bladed knife).
He is due before magistrates on June 4, 2017.
A 26-year-old woman from Park Street was also arrested for possession with intent to supply and released under investigation.
