A Watford street was cordoned off after a woman fell from the second floor of a building.
Emergency services rushed to Lower High Street, Watford at 10.22am.
An air ambulance landed in nearby Watford Fields.
The woman suffered serious head injuries and was taken to hospital
Police conducted a scene guard which was lifted at 12.15pm.
