Explosive claims were made at a divisive council meeting this evening.
A full meeting of Watford Borough Council was held at Town Hall, Rickmansworth Road at 7.30pm this evening.
All members attended to hear and join the discussions held about diverse issues picked over.
A unanimous decision was reached to suppport Nascot Lawn Respite Centre in a motion put forward by Liberal Democrat councillor for Nascot Mark Hofman.

However the council was divided by the motion proposed by Labour's Cllr Ahsan Khan for Callowlands in favour of stricter protections and tighter regulations for licensed taxi drivers in Watford.
The public gallery was full of supporters voicing their frustrations of the rejection of the motion.
Two propositions were put forward to discuss building regulations in light of the disaster at Grenfell Tower in London.
These motions will be voted on at a later date in more specified meetings.
