Members of a disability programme came together for a sporting festival on Tuesday.
Watford FC participants on the Premier League and BT Disability programme came to Stoke Mandeville Stadium, Aylesbury, were joined by BT Sport hosts Jake Humphrey and Abi Griffiths to try out a variety of sports - from new age kurling and basketball to athletics.
The programme, launched at London Stadium in September, currently sees more than 10,000 disabled people take part in physical activity and access more mainstream opportunities to engage in sport, 27 per cent of whom are female.
Mr Humphrey said: "It's amazing to see all of these young kids, giving it their all, and just having a brilliant day. There's a good competitive spirit.
“You come on a day like this and you see that absolutely it is making a difference. It's really important."
Watford FC has also implemented a sensory room as part of the programme.
