Volunteers are being called upon to spend an afternoon helping out at a community fun fair.
The North Bushey Community Fair will be held at Millbrook Green, in Bushey Mill Lane, on Saturday July 15, from 12pm to 4pm.
Following on from the success of the previous 2 years, the North Bushey Community Trust will offer a variety of stalls and activities for all ages, from bouncy castles and face painting to live music from nearby schools and youth groups.
There will also be Top Golf, a charity tombola and refreshment stalls.
Richard Johnson, from the North Bushey Community Association, believes the fair’s success is down to the members of the community who volunteer throughout the event.
He said: “We are aiming to make this year’s event the most successful so far, but with all these events it’s the kind work of the volunteers to make it work.
“Therefore if you have a few hours spare before, during or after the event, and would like to help in anyway, please contact us.
“Otherwise, just come and enjoy the fun.”
