Children damaged cars and left the road strewn with debris after throwing traffic cones into the path of oncoming traffic in Watford.
The large group of boys and girls were spotted near Kingsway Infant School, in North Approach, lobbing cones under passing cars at around 4pm yesterday (Monday).
Police said they were called to reports of children damaging vehicles in the area but despite attending and carrying out a search, no suspects were located.
