Three Three Rivers candidates: Matthew Jones (Green), Roy Clements (Conservative) and Brendan O'Brien (Labour)
The candidates for next month’s Three Rivers District Council by-election have been announced.
The election for the Oxhey Hall and Hayling ward will be held on Thursday, October 12, and follows the shock resignation of Conservative councillor Ty Harris in August.
All five major parties are putting candidates forward at the election . These are: Roy Clements (Conservative), Matthew Jones (Green), Keith Martin (Lib Dem), Michael Matthewson (UKIP), and Brendan O’Brien (Labour).
The council is currently formed of 20 Liberal Democrat councillors, 15 Conservative, and three Labour.
