A marathon-mad maintenance man has completed his 110th race for charity.

Mr Saunders said: “Running has always been in my blood and it's something I just love doing.
“To be able to raise some money along the way is great, and I'd like to thank everyone who supported me, as well as Bupa, who donated £250 to my latest effort."
Ben Domah, from Hill House Bupa Care Home, in Elstree Hill South, said: "Rowan's a great character and we're all really proud of what he's achieved - his haul of medals gets ever bigger, and he's a real winner in the eyes of the staff here."
