A man has complained after ‘drug paraphernalia’ believed to be from a police raid was left outside his home.
Police were called to The Meadows in Watford just after 5.15pm on December 28 to reports of suspicious activity, and a cannabis factory was uncovered.
Officers dismantled it.
But a neighbour, who wishes to remain anonymous, has complained that many items were left outside.
He fears some may be dangerous, especially with children walking nearby, and has contacted his housing association, Paradigm, but nothing has been done.
A Hertfordshire Constabulary spokesman said: "As per normal procedure, any illegal items and substances are seized by police and anything else is the responsibility of the homeowner/landlord to dispose of."
He added that anyone who suspects drug crime should contact police.
The estate managers, Harvest Gate Management Company, did not wish to comment.
Paradigm had not commented when the Watford Observer went to press.
