A new office development has been given the green light in a business park.
Planning permission has been granted for a new three-storey office and storage building to be built in Blackmoor Lane, Watford Business Park.
The proposed plans will increase floor space and raise the current the building from one to three storeys, as well as provide additional car parking and cycle storage.
Cllr Peter Jeffree, Chairman of the council’s Development Management Committee, said: “We have granted planning permission for the construction of a new office building, which will be a real benefit to Watford and its residents, encouraging the local economy to grow by creating new jobs.
“It also has the potential to support further investment in Watford Business Park.”
