A blue plaque celebrating the life of George Michael will be unveiled this month.

In December, it was revealed that the singer, who died on Christmas Day in 2016, would be honoured at his former school, Bushey Meads.

George was a sixth form student at Bushey Meads and where he formed his famous musical duo with his close friend, Andrew Ridgeley.

George Michael 'superfan' Terry Daniels has worked with Bushey Meads principal Jeremy Turner and the Heritage Foundation to organise the blue plaque, alongside the George Michael Appreciation Society.
