A match featuring club legends will take place to celebrate 25 years of work in the community.

Former Watford FC stars will return to Vicarage Road for a special game next month.

Tommy Mooney, who played over 240 games for the Hornets, defender Steve Palmer, Marcus Gayle, and Gavin Mahon, will join Watford's all time record holder for goals and appearances, Luther Blissett.

The Golden Boys will be joined by a host of celebrities including McFly star Danny Jones, Eastenders actor Jake Wood, and television personality Calum Best, son of football legend, George Best.

The match coincides with the football club's trust marking 25 years of work in the community.

An exhibition was held at Watford Museum during the month of March.

The legends match will take place on Saturday May 12 at 3pm.

Tickets for the match will cost £10 for adults and £5 for children.
