During the Easter school holidays I noticed more and more anti-social behaviour.
This includes swearing at members of the public to wheelieing in and around the high street, heading straight for the buses come towards them.
You contact the police and they say they are underage so cannot fine them - so fine the parents instead.
I blame the lack of youth clubs in the local area due to council cutbacks. But how much would it cost if someone got hurt due to the children’s stupid acts of anti-social behaviour?
