Road closuress put in place while police dealt with a domestic incident at a house have now been lifted.
Police were called shortly before 10am today after concerns were raised for the welfare of a man at an address in Wilmington Close, Watford.
Officers attended and attempted to engage with the man.
Road closures were put in place to ensure the safety of officers and members of the public while the incident was resolved.
It was brought to a safe conclusion at around 1.50pm.
A man has been arrested in connection with the incident, on suspicion of criminal damage and affray, and is currently in police custody.
Police would like to thank members of the public for their patience.
