The Best of Wham!

Young Musicians Concert

St Albans Cathedral are proud to host a free concert for the talented winners and runners up from the St Albans Young Musicians Competition 2018. St Albans Cathedral hosted the seventh St Albans Young Musicians Competition Finals in February, giving over 50 local students the opportunity to perform in the incredible setting of the Cathedral. Supported by the St Albans Cathedral Music Trust, the aim of the competition is to provide a unique platform for young musicians and extend the musical outreach of the Cathedral as well as to bring the work of the Music Trust to a wider audience.

Disabled Children’s Trust Quiz Night

Come and join this fun quiz night, with a ploughman's style supper included in the evening. Find out more about this charity supporting disabled children and young people in Tanzania. Kwa Mkono Disabled Children's Trust supports the charitable work of the Kwa Mkono Polio Hostel in Tanzania by providing grants of equipment and funding, so the hostel can offer rehabilitation, education and training to physically disabled young people, enabling them to live independently when they leave. Tickets are £8 a head, supper included, with tea or coffee in the interval.
