The grand opening of a new seven-day bank will involve a two-day long party in the town centre.
Metro Bank will celebrate the opening of its 56th seven-day-a-week branch in the Watford High Street on May 25 and 26 with a range of festivities.
The branch local director, Richard Gann, and store manager, Shane Connolly, will host the event at 113 High Street, Watford, with celebrations kicking off at 8am on Friday.
Townspeople and businesses can expect a “five-star” line up including sassy stilt walkers, a DJ on decks and a dog show.
The new store opening times are Monday to Friday: 8am - 8pm, Saturday: 8am - 6pm and every Sunday: 11am - 5pm.
Metro bank said they were “looking forward to seeing people there”.
