M. Gibbs has claimed there have been mulitple problems with Arriva buses recently
Would Arriva please explain what is happening to the 500 buses to Hemel Hempstead last Saturday? One broke down and we had to alight at Kings Langley. A few weeks ago there was a leak and the journey had to be discontinued. Prior to this water came down the stairs and through the roof of another bus months ago.
