A man’s wallet and iPhone were stolen while he was out shopping.
The victim was at Marks & Spencer at the intu centre in Watford on Saturday with his wife when he noticed his wallet and iPhone were missing.
It is believed they were stolen between 10.45am and 11.15am.
While cancelling his bank cards, the man was told that his card had been used to pay for items at a supermarket.
Police officers would like to speak to the man pictured as he may have information that could help with their inquiries.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Ryan Doyle the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/5963/18.
