Traffic
In Walthamstow, one lane is closed and traffic building due to accident on A406 North Circular Road Eastbound after A112 Chingford Road. Lane two of two is closed at the underpass exit following a collision around 4.45pm.. Traffic was already struggling on the North Circular Road following another accident at Waterworks Corner.
