A care home celebrated gay Pride and all things LGBTQ.
Residents and staff from Tremona Care Home in Watford helped spread the message of acceptance and difference.
The event was attended by chairman of Watford Borough Council, Rabi Martins, as well as representatives from Hertfordshire County Council.
Margaret Daniels, engagement lead at Tremona, said: "It's an opportunity for everyone to learn more about what Pride is- we’re aiming to educate ourselves and celebrate ourselves at the same time.
"It focuses on rejoicing in the things that make us different as well as the things that unite us’.
Performers Nicky Blake, and the eccentric Disco Bunny, treated the audience to their dance and musical stylings, which was followed by a short talk on the history of Pride and the Stonewall Riots by volunteer Morgan Daniels.
