People were "concerned for the welfare" of man
A man in his 20s has died.
Police were called to the junction of Clitheroe Gardens and Northwick Road in South Oxhey at 6.40am yesterday.
They attended an incident where people were "concerned for the welfare" of a man.
The road was cordoned off while emergency services were at the scene.
Police said his death is not being treated as suspicious.
His next of kin have been informed.
