A man in his 30s was taken to hospital when people "concerned" for his welfare called the police.
At 5.58pm yesterday, police were called with reports of a man in The Parade in Watford.
They attended the scene along with the ambulance service after receiving calls from people "concerned for the welfare" of a man.
The man was subsequently taken to hospital.
