There were major delays in Stephenson Way, Watford, after two cars collided this morning.
The road was reduced to one lane after the collision at 8.50am.
Two vehicles, a Toyota Corolla and a Ford Mondeo collided, with the Ford overturning.
The driver of the Mondeo, a 31-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Watford General Hospital for treatment. The driver of the Toyota was a 25-year-old man from Luton who was not injured.
The accident caused major tailbacks, but the road was reopened just after 10am.
